Hi all,
I have been through both hearings in the last few years. Any one here going through this feel free to PM me, I have been through this nightmare for a year not knowing and no where to turn to, I can offer advise and support, forget mckenzie fiends and solicitors, imo every one is just out to line their pockets.
Never panic and there is light at the end, any issue can be resolved but obviously a family split always effects the kids who are the ones that will lose out.
After a long financial battle which was settled, and not seeing my children for 18 months I finally have access, obviously I'd like to see them more but I make every minute with them count.
Imo solicitors just want to keep the cases going, i honestly think going it alone doing most of the paperwork and applications and getting a barrister on the final hearing is what helped me. I do know at some point ex will stop playing ball and I will have to file a contempt of court but i am confident the judge won't accept any breaches.
