Although not strictly a divorce forum, they two unfortunately run hand in hand.

any suggestions for tomorrow. Ex has decided not to make an offer and just wants everything lol.

Well, if she makes unreasonable demands, and you make reasonable counter proposals (initially more than you expect, but still not unreasonable), then you are immediately in a better position with the court.

Court is so emotionally and even physically (with all that shaking) draining - but I did force the sale of the house.

Seeing is believing but a court order helps. Would be nice to be able to move on and having my name off a huge mortgage, so I can move on.

Hopefully makes me in a better position for the childrens final hearing too.

The more time I spend in court the more I think it is better to self-rep. It basically falls down to a flip of coin decision by the judge.

What is the general consensus spend the cash on someone who only probably see's your care as a way of paying bills or someone will more passion and conviction to fight for his kids??

I must admit, I always dreaded the time before going into court even though I knew my case was rock solid (I used a very good solicitor), but it made it so much better every time when I got the result I wanted.
