Hello all,
I'm wondering if anyone use Fathers4Justice service? If yes please could you tell me about your experience. I am fighting to be in my daughter life and I just cannot believe how bad the law is regards Dads.

I think the F4J has got a bad reputation publicly for doing publicity stunts (men climbing buildings in batman outfits etc), I'm not sure they have ever actually achieved anything positive, though I could be wrong on this. Families Need Fathers are good for help on a local level, so you could go to one of their meetings. The law probably works in the vast majority of cases (and of course, you never hear about these as they aren't newsworthy) so getting the law changed for a minority is an uphill struggle.

a member of fathers for justice was on this forum a few months back. i would have banned him if i was admin here lol. theres one dad on here who has not seen his kids for 6 months+ and that father justice bufoon told him that if he goes to court, he will only have 10% chance of seeing his kids. and few weeks later the same dad posted on here, writing that he wants to commit suicide!!!

I'm not so keen on Fathers 4 Justice - I joined them a few years back and I paid I think £25 for a year

Which gave me access to the forum / Legal advice - I sent a message one day and they said "wait on till the child is older"

which I replied that is amateurish advice and I got barred from the forum and so I then unsubscribed

In my view it wasn't legal advice - It was poor advice considering I paid for it.

Also I knew the guy who put the graffiti on the art work of the Queen and he was representing Fathers 4 Justice

He got sent to prison and I heard Fathers 4 Justice didn't support him at all
