[Solved] Fathers name on birth certificate.

Hi There,

You would apply for paremtal responsibility as far as I know and then once you have that you can apply to the registry office for a birth cert with your name on it.
.
I think this is the right information but I am not as experienced as others on here so I am happy to be corrected if needed.

And also what happens to the original one the mother has at home she can take that to the school and says she's only one with rights
