Has anyone used one of there packages? Are they helpful, or is it more of an unneeded expense when I’m already paying for solicitors.
hi,
apparently they charge people to give advice over the phone. would not recommended. if you need advice on how to manage your case without solicitors, feel free to get in touch. I have sent you a private message.
I have no experience with F4J, but I recall a long way back that there weren't good stories (probably because of some of the stunts that members pulled). They may well have changed for the better now, but I'd also suggest you looked up your local famailies need fathers group.
I have used the court package and found it to be a waste of 3k. no over the phone support and not present on court dates. very little interest in actually supporting me through the first 2 hearings. i have had to go to churches solicitors to get assistance.
See in my opinion it depends on your specific situation and needs. Some people find value in F4J packages, while others may view them as an unnecessary expense, especially if they are already paying for solicitors. It might be helpful to gather feedback from others who have used the packages to make an informed decision based on their experiences. Consider discussing this with your solicitor to see if they have any insights or recommendations regarding the packages. Hope the above will be helpful to you.
