Hello,
I have been looking at case work law but cannot find any positive cases for
1- fathers receiving more contact due to mothers substance mis use cases
2-positive shared care cases
Would anyone have any links of positive cases for fathers in these cases please?
Thank you
Shared care research and case law
I’ve had a look but am unable to find any case law specific to a mothers substance misuse. That could be because there would usually have to be other issues involved in removing a child, as well as drug use.
I’m sure there is some, but it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack. There are case law databases you can use, such as Baili to look further.
Thank you so much Mojo
