Next update

After 30 mins on phone to cms seems they may overturn their own decision and side with my ex.
I have 158 nights in the assessment period from 9th April 2019 to 8th April 2020 but as I only had the supercession decision on 20th June they now count from 20th June for 12 months where I have 152 nights, because I had May19 half term and ex is having October 19 half term but my May falls outside their “new” 12 month window.
Seems cobblers to have an assessment period from 9th April but that despite my evidence they won’t go back to that date.
Ex has provided nothing, just says she doesn’t agree even though she provided the shared parenting calendars

Any thoughts? I’m waiting for another call after uploading more evidence last night.
