Hi all, I need a little help, I applied for Family court and received a court date, how long after I received the court date will my ex receive the letter informing her?
I just want to prepare my self as she is not aware I am taking her.

I would think they send out the paperwork to both parties at the same time, so she would receive it around the same time as yourself.
