Great video Bill. Lots of useful hints and tips..

 

To counter some of the advice in the video, there is a movement towards allegations being of controlling and coercive nature (rather than sexual, physical abuse) which do not require evidence and can be judged on a balance of probability (or to the criminal standard by convincing lay bench or jury) . The same advice from the video applies but a lot more preparation, strategy and a willing to go slower is required.
