All of the ex's allegations not proven.
Most of mine proven, including parental alienation.
Every case is diffrent but the contact notes were vital in proving the alienation in my case.
I don't know what is going to happen in moving forwards, there is alot of damage to the children which needs to be undone but at long last people believe me. Whatever happens, the kids will know when older that dad done everything in his power to protect them and be apart of their lives.
Never give up, stay child focused. Don't get involved in petty [censored] for tat nonsense, if you have welfare/safeguarding concerns around your children then raise them but in a articulate way without the anger which Is easier said than done.
thats excellent. so now hopefully your court hearings are drawing to a close. when is the next hearing?
@bill337 I don't know mate, was told beforehand that if alienation was proven that we would be going down a diffrent road.
I think applications are being made to get experts involved, I don't know how long that process will take, how many more hearings, etc etc. Next one will be the 8th hearing.
