So I'm feeling rather happy. That's exactly what happened, got my time extended. I had the finding of facts hearing and I won! All of her allegations were proven as false or didn't happen. She told the court my son would be better without a father in front of them, and she didn't agree to the contact so now it's forced in place.

I have to attend six supervised sessions in a contact center so notes can be taken anyway and cafcass has to do a section 7 report, in which I have another hearing in November. The non molestation order will be looked at again at this stage.

Now, how do I get all of my money back the mother has rinsed from me lol

Well done. Same happened to me although I didn't use a solicitor - they shaft you plain and simple.
