i just need some advice as what I can put in my statement I'm fighting for full custody of my 9 year old. she has a guardian ordered by the court and has mad it clear she wishs to live with me. social services been involved her whole life. and I have a good chance just need some guidance

How far along are you with your case? Do you have a deadline to submit your statement?
A statement should be a concise as possible, but include all of the most important points, your statement will start with some background, you would then talk about your concerns, what you would like the court to do and you would also cross reference any evidence that you would like to include.
