Hi and welcome to the forum

Courts generally go with the recommendations of Children's Services / CAFCASS but that's certainly not a guarantee of what a final decision will be. It would be unfair for any of us to advise you on the likely outcome as nobody can predict what an individual court will decide.

If you have already had hearings and the next step is a Fact Finding, the courts use these hearings to consider evidence surrounding allegations to help them make a decision as to whether incidents did or did not happen.

I think in a case like this, you do need some legal support.

You can contact your local CAB for details of solicitors - many offer free 30 minute consultations, it might be worth doing that.

It might be worth giving http://childlawadvice.org.uk/clas/contact-child-law-advice/ a call, their free helpline is excellent.

You can also contact https://fnf.org.uk/ to see if they can help or advise you. They run local support meetings that might be worth attending.

You could look into finding a McKenzie Friend to help you prepare for and attend court, MF's are unregulated so make sure you choose one that is either recommended or legally qualified.

Keep posting and we will do what we can to support you.
