sorry to hear this process is being prolonged even more for you. It seems as though all you can do is wait for judge to make a decision, either to postpone hearing or carry on without your ex being present.
I have received notice of hearing in next 2 days for 1 hour only ?
any idea what will in hearing ? is it factfinding hearing ? as it was schedule for 2 days for factfinding hearing
any advice or suggestions please ?
@f4father hi, can you check the court papers and see does it ask you to prepare a statement. if they emailed you the papers, there may be 2 or 3 separate attached documents.

they just send 2 docs one notice of hearing other C2 application ( I believe which is send by ex solicitor to adjourned hearing as she is unwell)
