Hi
Does anyone have an example of a position statement (preferably one draft by a solicitor) where I, as a father, who's arguing for sanctions, can articulate that I want sanctions on the other side?
I only want the few statements or so that argue that this is what I want.
I'm having trouble making sure it's drafted correctly without sounding inflamatory.
ping... a any help? 🙁
Nobody can advise when nobody actually knows what is going on or what has happened. Position statement you can yourself especially if it isnt a final hearing.
hi,
what has happened? use enforcement hearing to seek additional days/nights with children. courts seem soft on enforcement. recently read on here, where dad asked for police power of arrest to be attached to court order. judges were not interested. you could ask judges to decide on a penalty or sanction.
