I have a very bad situation with my ex. I don't know how to fix this situation or where to begin.
Early this year (2015) me and my wife divorced.
We have two children together. One of them is 5 years old and the other is 1.
We have always lived in Ukraine and other countries around the world but I am British. I was working abroad and we lived and travelled together in our 6 years of marriage.
After we divorced I told her that I would have to return home to the UK because I am in financial trouble and I can no longer afford to live abroad.
Before going we agreed that she would join me in the UK with the kids as soon as I can get her a visa to stay here.
I have not had contact with her for over a month. She has blocked all communication I have with her.
I have continued to give her money for our children support up until last month.
I don't know what country they are currently in but it is likely to be Vietnam.
She is Ukrainian.
Our two children are Ukrainian and British.
One has a British passport. The other child has a birth certificate and passport was in process of being reviewed.
They are also Ukrainian citizens.
How am I supposed to find my children and have access to them?
Hi there
That a difficult situation you are in and the only advice I can give is to contact Reunite, they are experienced in assisting parents where children have been abducted but hopefully they should be able to give you some advice.

Hi,
This is a very complex case, you will certainly need advice from expert international solicitor.
Where did you divorce - UK or Ukraine - important from a jurisdiction point of view?
What arrangements were agreed with CM prior or post divorce?
Which country were the children born?
Where did the children live most of the time? Their schoolings?
Children of dual nationality & residing in another country with RP is very tricky for UK courts.
Can you get in touch with CM or her family or friends?
The quickest route will be the amicable one...
Very Best of Luck...
