Hi can you help I'm going through the courts to have access to my daughter. Loads of alligations after the first hearing . Section 7 came back I'm a natural father no proof of alligations , but there's a lake of bond , contact should come out the contact centre and a third party should be there for a sort time. My ex don't agree with cafcas . All through this my ex wants money and belongings. She broken into the house and shut my business down I pay 20 a week for may daughter , I been messaging her about belongings and trying to arrange something and compromise on some items , I dropped most of everything off 6 months ago , she wants photos baby's old clothes few cups plates and part of the sofa . And also she says I owe her 20k , she's since on an iva but still want s Mony , will this be brought up in court and will I get 50 50 access to my daughter
I wouldn't make the court hearing about money, but concentrate on your daughter - that's what the courts are looking at, not an argument about finances.
