I haven’t seen my 1 year old son for 6 months and have the first court hearing in June. My ex cut contact and I am representing myself
I have wrote to her previously and stated I did not consent to any travel abroad. I have found out on social media she is taking him for a week abroad at the end of May. I have not given my permission and do not wish her to take him. What can I do? I rang some solicitors for advice but they all want £300+ to give me advice
I didn’t sign the passport either. Can I ring the passport agency stating I do not give permission or ring the police
Thank yoh
Hi there
It would be helpful if you could give a little more information about your position.
Do you have Parental Responsibility, if you weren't married to the mother, you would need to be named on the birth certificate.
Is there a reason why you don't want your child to go on holiday?
