I'm just pleased actual contact went fine as I knew it would my Girl tottered straight over to me as soon as I walked in she loved all her toys I got her she's so chilled out like me its untrue she's so advanced for an 11 month year old she was walking at 10 months apparently all the other staff were shocked at how good she was with me but the CC manager didn't mention any of this in her email for court she just concentrated on trying to get my ex out the [censored]

I'm not sure how it works these days in court, but if it's possible, I'd ask them to put the case on hold (for as long as possible) so that you can come back to court if your ex misses contact in future, otherwise it automatically closes. That way, hopefully she'll get a stern talking to, you have the power to go back to court easily (and as the case isn't closed, with no further costs) and the courts don't look at it as you simply being stubborn when contact has gone well.

The case is on going any way there was a review hearing set for mid november originally so the court were hoping to see 3 months of smooth contact I would have completed my 12 week parenting course, my drug test and my ex was supposed to have done her 12 week DV course.

From what I can gather my ex has refused to do the course and they have brought the hearing forward to find out why my ex never initiated contact only after 5 weeks when she received the letter informing her of the new court date.

I think this hearing is set to give her a ticking off for not self referring to the Contact centre like she was supposed to do using the code I gave her they phoned the CC at the last hearing and she was told to refer herself as soon as she received the code from me so the court are P****d she left it for 5 weeks.

I'm asking for a penal noticed to be attached to this order so we're straight back to court anyway if she does anymore messing around, I'm happy to obide by the order and conduct contact in the centre it is the best way for my girl to get used to me and it will avoid any more false allegations, my ex has had enough of all her lieing in court she doesn't want to do the 12 weeks in the CC, she doesn't want to do her DV course and she doesn't want to go to court on tuesday thats why shes offering full contact with both girls if I drop the whole case by thursday it's just yet more games which is why I went to the court in the first place, although all this is ideal atleast I don't have to live with her [censored] anymore πŸ™‚

Good Luck Slim

I hope that more things are resolved today for you and that your ex shows her true colours

I have found as time has gone on my ex has got worse in court her attitude and behaviour even growling at my wife when she spoke they

don't seem to be able to put on the 'act' for too long especially when things are said they don't agree

As with everyone else, Good luck for today Slim. Though it doesn't sound like you need it - Ex seems to be back-pedalling in an attempt to get out of the sh*t...

Let us know how it goes anyway mate!

Well that never went as expected the courts got there knickers in a right twist they couldn't understand why this hearing had been called for and my ex pulled out a stunner of lieing all the way through and they believed all her excuses why she ignored the contact order for 5 weeks and prolonged not seeing my daughter for another 2 months.

That was defo one up for my ex I'm left not knowing what to think to be honest but I suppose I've gained and lost nothing they are sticking with the review hearing in mid november they were pleased contact has started I'm feeling a little deflated, my ex seems to be getting more and more angry she ranted on it the waiting room for 15 mins before the hearing it was shocking I dont think she will ever be civil for the sake of our daughter it's a sorry state of affairs for sure πŸ™
