Hello
I have this week received a psychological report, and within it I’ve learnt that the psychologist hasn’t had access to my exes medical records- this is in the last order that we both disclose ours.
I think this is unfair- what can I do about it?
I’m I’m acting as litigant in person
Thanks
You could email the court and ask for new directions as the mother has breached the order by not providing her medical records for the psychologists report.
Other than that you can bring it to the courts attention at the next hearing.
Thanks Mojo
I may speak with the guardians solicitor also prior to the next hearing
Yes that's a good idea, give them a call and share your concerns about why the medical records have not been disclosed... make the point that it has a. Bearing on the finished report.
Thanks again Mojo
