Need some advice ... since starting a new relationship my ex has stopped me seeing my two kids for 2 months now .... I receive constant threats and bullying... even she messaged my current girlfriend.... so reading advice I sent a letter stating that I would apply for mediation and if that failed then I would apply to the court ... she then took out an injunction order on me , for wat I don't know as I haven't seen her for 2 months ...can she order that I must see my kids in a contact centre ???? I'm also going to be representing myself ...any advice would be much appreciated
Hi There,#
,
you would need to agree to a contact centre, in mediation mediation can't order anything, and she can't make you agree to anything in mediation, in the same respect anything agreed in meadiation isn't leagally binding.
.
If you end up in court then a judge could order a contact centre but they would normally only do that if there was a threat of harm.
