Hi
When responding to allegations how many pages of evidence am I allowed to submit in my appendix? Is there a limit?
You put a brief statement of your response in the space on the schedule. You then say 'see evidence x' and give it a number. This forms part of what is known as the 'bundle'. You then put your evidence at the back of your response. You can also make your own counter schedule if you wish. There is generally a limit to the number of allegations the applicant can put forward but there is no limit to the amount of evidence you can include refuting those allegations. Try to keep your responses factual and avoid mud slinging
If I clear the allegations against me what are my chances of getting 50/50 access with the children. I know she's going to try and block it and I heard cafcass favour the mothers. I don't want just every other weekend. What are others experiences?
