[Solved] Enforcement paperwork received help needed

Hi i have completed c79 following last hearing at which the legal advisor adjourned case as she said there was nothing more the magistrates could do except keep asking the respondent to turn up which she failed to do and advised me to complete enforcement order and that the judges would have more powers.

Completed said form and now i have been allocated a court date 6 weeks ahead instead of 4. It says it is listed for magistrates again even though the last time the legal advisor said there was nothing more they could do but uphold the original order.

It also says it will be another First Dispute Resolution Hearing and that caffcas will be in touch re safeguarding checks and telephone interview. Previously these were done in February this year. They have also sent me an aknowledgement form asking if i oppose the application when it is my application. It doesnt mention enforcement anywhere on the applications and its like the initial application all over again. They even sent me a parent plan booklet which i already completed 3 months ago.

Are these the correct forms the legal advisor clearly said on record that the case was too complex for magistrates and now its back in the same court at the same level.

Any help to try and figure this out would be much appreciated.

Thank You

Might be worth giving the Coram Childrens Legal Centre a call - they have a free helpline, though can be busy, so you need to persist.
