Evening all
I had enforcement hearing yesterday I represented myself and the ex had her solicitor with her, I walked into the court room said hello and the judge looked at me like I was a piece of s**t ! I though this is gunna go down well, nether the less The accusations she was making out the judge dismissed them and stated there was an order in place and she is breaking the law by breaching this, I then told her solicitor I want 2 extra days access to my children per week which I got im over the moon, The judge then gave her a warning that if she breaks this court order there will be serious consequences to be taken, I would like to thank all of you again for all the help
Best Regards
Wow, good result, well done. Nice to hear of success stories for dads who self represent.
