[Solved] Enforcement Order

Not as such only the impact that it has on the child to deviate from what has been her normal and consistent routine for over a year, Social services deem her to be at risk of emotional harm and no change in behaviours since last in court in November. I will go to the courts and try.

Ok Thanks, all experience and advise is worth it. I will go to the court on Monday to see what they can do.

i submitted my form, got a reply in 10 working days and the court date is 5 weeks after submitting to court
