If I apply for enforcement of the order, can I claim the court fee for the enforcement back from "mother" as its an out of pocket expense as a direct result in "mother" breaching the contact order.

Yes absolutely you can claim costs…………whether you’ll get them is another matter!

I’ve asked for my costs back at every time I’ve had to get my ex back to court for failing to adhere to court orders and for costing me more money through her false allegations (all proven) all defended and at my cost despite her being proven a liar and deceptive!

I’m down around £10,800.00 and 3yrs of broken contact orders, I now have (I think) a final enforced order in place…….again I had to pay out for her breaking the previous enforced order and again no cost back to me.

The excuse seems to be she’s not working! However she afforded a barrister! Paid for by her new hubby no doubt seeing as now she’s married the sucker she’s not entitled to legal aid……oh and that she’s been found a liar on the DV claim she tried to pull the other year! Again no costs back for me!

Arggghhhh!

Rant over sorry.
