Are my employers permitted to give the CSA my salary details without consulting me? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Hmmm, not something I've heard of happening personally...
I know they have access to HMRC information, P60's etc - but I've never heard of them approaching an employer directly.
Hopefully someone will be able to provide you some definitive advice Mark. Interested to know the answer to this myself.

If the CSA is going to deduct any monies "at source" then they can....as far as I know.
But I am not sure if this involves a court order, your payroll office would know.
Take care
Kirsten
