HI MOJO
i have received an email from this forum .telling about the servicrs and also asking for some donations
Is this email from ur company i mean no scam etc?
I have reveived an email from ex solicitor that they ate disapointed that i answerd their client,s questions as this wadnt court,s intentions.will it go agsinst me in hearig?
I wasnt well thats why i couldnt send my statement intime and i called up the court as well that i need a week more to file my statement although i couldnt let the solicitor know.
They are blamining that i was waiting for their statement.i think the court,s intentions was to file a statement regarding cafcass section 7 report not the blaim game again .i asked the reason of their lateness but no answer .is answering their statenent a wrong thing .i want one more advice i got some other proofs ie some photographs as ex menttioned that i never attended gp or hospital appointnent shall i take them with me on hearing or file them .but i thi nk they will start to moan agai n.ur advice would be v greatfull.

Hi

I know the organisation that runs this forum does send emails out sometimes - if there is a link in the email, hover over it (don't click it) and see if it shows familymatters.org or dad.info as the website you are being taken. Otherwise, if you are in any doubt, delete the email in case it's a phishing mail.

I found its genuine email.can u please answer the other questios . Her soliciror emails me everyday arguing over y statement was late .i asked him to discuss this matter on hearing but there was late as well
.i think its the answers they didnt like .
