Hi,
Basically my wife has applied for a non molestation order against me and an occupation order on the 6th December.
I also applied for a non molestation order against my wife on the 9th December. Her NMO has a full hearing on the 2nd March 2022
i have a interim hearing for my nmo against her on the 6th January along with the child arrangement order also.
time has passed and I am feeling calmer now. Is it ok to message the courts and ask that I drop my order? I feel that this may calm things down and makes things easier between me and my wife
my wife’s family have been controlling what she does and hate me. They are the driving force against me. But I know my wife if left to think for herself will soften.
do you think I should drop the NMO as a peace offering, Or shall I continue with it?
thanks 🙂
Hi
For what it's worth No still stand firm and issue the NMO against unless others think not myself have gone through [censored] for 2 years over alleged lies the court will always reside with your x if she tries that still against you and will succeed then your in real trouble and years to come from it and a-lot of mental wellbeing problems from it. All the Best
