Hi,

I need help with the upcoming DRA hearing.

I am self-represting in a child arrangment matter. The judge has ordered to file - All essential documents that the court requires to determine the issues that fall for determination at the hearing including the s 7 report and A case summary and chronology; The parties’ positions statements; The previous orders that are relevant to the hearing.

Considering this hearing is listed for a DRA, should I file all the documents supporting my case or submit only documents for a DRA hearing?

If I have to file all the documents, I assume I need to get all the documents from my ex as well?

Thanks for your time.
