So last week i was awarded full custody with imediate effect !!!!
After nearly 3 years of false allegations , Alienation from my children and multiple arrests i finaly got to have a fact finding hearing and final hearing , all allegations were found to be false multiple being malicious and the end result speaks volumes as my kids now live with me.
hang on in there , ride the storm , think of your kids and fight for the result you deserve

Fantastic result for you and the children and I'm so happy for you all! I've just read back through your past posts and it has indeed been a roller coaster ride for you all, but you stuck at it and did everything right...thank goodness you had the authorities and the court on side in the end and got the result you all deserved.
All the best.
Excellent result. Which court was this? would be nice to know.
thanks 🙂 , the casewas heard at bristol civil and family justice court , the kids have settled in well and have been amazingly accepting of the change
Hi BD
This is fantastic news. Thank you for sharing with us. So pleased for you and your children. I hope you can all move forward now and look forward to the future.
All the best
OK, now I'm very curious - was your case dealt with by HHJ Stephen Wildblood? I know he presides in Bristol Family court and he is a very progressive judge. Also well known as he presided in the Rebecca Minnock case.
