My ex has lied about DA, I am pretty sure she has got legal aid because of this as she turned up to court with a very expensive solicitor and a barrister. We are in the middle of a child arrangement order. Which is taking its toll on my finances which my ex is trying to draw out as much as possible.
The judge has now denied her a fact of finding hearing relating to her alleged Domestic Abuse.

is there anything that can be done?
Ps….I have never been in trouble with the police!

I'm sorry you are having to go through this.  There are some very helpful guides on the advicenow.org.uk website dealing with child arrangement orders and representing yourself in court when the other side has a solicitor.   The court expect mediation to be tried first before making an application.  Did this happen or did she get exception because of DA?  Did you make the application and what are you asking for?
