Hey guys , just wondering if anyone knows when my lawyer would submit my side of the argument and evidence to the CPS or Procurator fiscal ?
Does he usually have to wait until the crown let him know what so called evidence my ex is submitting before he then submits my evidence to try and shoot down her claims of DV etc.... ??
Because ive a feeling once the crown or whoever hears my side of the argument etc that my lawyer will submit , im hoping it might not go as far as a trial in front of a sheriff etc... 😉

Not sure of this - your solicitor should be letting you know anyway, but you could have a word with the scottish child law centre - www.sclc.org.uk - I'm not sure if they can give help if you have a solicitor, but they may still be able to answer generalised questions.
