[Solved] Divorce papers

Hi Dads
I’m new here and have a query , aftier being seperated for 4yrs i am now ready to commence divorce proceedings .. should be straight forward as kids are 18 and house was sorted at the beginning ..how and where do I commence papers - avoiding huge lawyers fees? Any advice would be good .. thanks in advance .

Hi there

Here's a link to Advice Now guidelines/PDF that you might find helpful. There's also a book written by a top divorce lawyer, I think it's called Divorce Without a Lawyer by Marilyn Stowe, there's a kindle version that's pretty cheap I think.

If this link won't work, just go to the Advice Now website and search for Divorce without a lawyer and it should come up, they have guides that they charge for, but this link is free I believe.
