Divorce Conditional Order (decree nisi) Issue

Hi.

My ex-wife applied for the divorce as a single application. It was supposed to be a joint application. I was told not to worry and filled in the necessary paperwork when it came through.

I spoke to the HMCTS Courts & Tribunal Service Centre yesterday, and apparently, the Conditional Order was available to my ex to complete from the 24th of October. She knows she has it but is stalling, filling it in, and sending it back.

What can I do to move this along? The obvious option of asking her to send it back isn't an option as she will stall even further.

Cheers.

hi,

as she has made a single application, I think it's better to let it run it's course. info from a divorce site:

Requirement for Mutual Agreement: Joint applications require both spouses to be in agreement regarding the divorce. If one party is not ready to move forward or does not consent to the divorce, a joint application may not be possible. In such cases, an individual may need to proceed with a sole application.
