I am requesting advice with regard to disputing CAFCASS report .
the report was requested due to my ex-wife alleging false allegations of abuse . I am concerned as the Cafcass officer
failed read statements
failed to put about my childs education needs and behaviour at school
Failed to put in that he questioned my daughter about d.V and she said " I have never seen anything and my dad wouldn't do that"
He failed to put in that my daughter witnessed her grandfather assault me , however he did put in that I shouted at her grandfather .
He failed to put in that my ex left the children with me for a whole month .
He then recommended residency order to my wife with limited contact.
I visited the office with a witness about the above he was very arrogant and refused to alter his report , He also told me that a residency order was not worth it as the law is changing next year. He also said by ex having a residency order would not change my legal rights something I believe to be wrong.
Please help as i will be challenging this at court.
oh i cant afford a solicitor, my ex has legal aid under domestic abuse nothing is true no convictions and no charges .
