Anyone know if this has ever happened?
Having read some stories / posts recently where Fathers have felt like exacting retribution Im wondering if any actually have done so??

Can't recall ever having heard a case. However, I would imagine that it would almost certainly end up with a custodial sentence (and probably a long one if it was a judge) as you'd have the lawyers sticking together against the offender.
