In September I have a final hearing to decide whether a 9 year old non mol should be ended. I moved back to Canada 9 years ago and my ex got a ex parte non mol after I slapped her, which was true. I got a common assault charge.
9 years of no contact and this order is still in place and my ex wants it extended until the kids are 21, which is silly. for the sake of my reputation and what she has been telling my 11 and 12 year old, i want the order dropped. Has anyone here ever succeed at having an order dropped altogether? I live in an entirely different country!
Yes, you can ask for a non mol to be discharged. Its a form FL403 and you can get it from the www.gov.uk website
