Hi All,
I and my ex wife are interpreting the Family Court Differently. I wrote the court asking a Legal Adviser on how we should read the part of the order we are interpreting differently but they said I need to file a new application 🙁 $$. As the matter is regarding future summer holidays (2023) and being the court congested with applications, I may reach a final hearing after summer time which is going to be useless. Preserving the status quo will enable my ex wife to spend more time with our son. What shall I do to get advice from the court quickly and understand how we should interpret the order we were sent a few months ago?
If I have no choice but to make a new court application, what application form shall I use?
I hope someone might be able to help.
Thanks
Axo
Hi,
Are you able to write or copy/paste a section from order, where it mentions holiday arrangements? Please do not post names or case number.
