What was amicable is now less so.
While working through a separation we had 50/50 care for months, recently due to not getting what she wanted she disappeared with my child causing school to be missed.
When she eventually returned, on no grounds she reduced my access without consultation and logged a CMS case on the basis we longer have 50/50.
I want 50/50 care, where do I go with this? - Any input appreciated

issue now is that CMS will want proof of 50/50 care, a court order. you may want to consider getting one. first step would be to try resolve in mediation, a Miam appointment. If you need further advice you can private message me.
