Hey all,
So ive posted a few times on here, so thank you so much for all your help. 2 and a half years in and we have sorted the children ( via court) I am officially divorced ( D37) but we have not finalised our finances.
We have an FDR date set for 30th November, this has been delayed by 6 months due to a few things. I prepared all the necessary forms for the court date 6 months ago, just for it to be cancelled the day before. Do i need to re-do my form E etc... they have not requested this? quite a few things have changed in my life since then, so i assume it would be best practice. When do i need to submit it by etc...
My ex who has lived with her fiancé for the last 6 months, has suddenly decided they are no longer together and wants to move back into our old house just as its about to sell and 6 weeks before the court date. I'm pretty sure its just so she can say 'she is on her own' to the courts. I assume the courts will see through this.
any help will be appreciated.
thanks,
