This is almost identical to my case, been almost a year but getting to see them through supervised contact in the next few weeks. Don't waste your money on a solicitor like I did, total waste of time

I’ve actually changed my mind and I’m trying to find a good mckenzie friends to assist me.

Hopefully I’ll hear something soon and then I can try and navigate my way through this.

It’s absolutely disgusting how people can get away with things like this.

Good luck with your visitation and hopefully mine can resume soon.

Still not heard anything.

Apparently SS and the police have interviewed my daughter nearly two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing?

I’m expecting a phone call from cafcass in the coming days so hopefully this will shed some light on something.

Have you tried calling them V? It’s the not knowing that makes a bad situation worse, hopefully you won’t have to wait too much longer.

All the best

I have called SS a few times and they have told me that allegations have been made and that I should just wait, they don’t like to give much away.

They’ve also told me they’ve also made contact with my LA SS regarding my children who live with me, I tried to chase that up too but they have no details and nobody had contacted me. I spoke to my older child’s school today and they haven’t had any contact either.

I have sent off SAR to SS to ask for the information they hold on me and daughter.

Hi

Yes, you will need to take a position statement with you on the day unless the court asks for one earlier.

If you get magistrates, I would suggest putting in your ps that due to the history of coaching and previous proceedings, that you believe the matter will need to be raised to Tier 2.

If the court want to order a Section 7 report, perhaps ask them to give consideration to appointing a guardian so that your child is represented in court.
