Thank you all for your suggestion and yes, I do agree with all of you that it won't cost me any extra in asking my requests to the judge and, thanks to you I will.
In my case, she has been trying to convince the cafcass and the Judge during the first hearing that I've been controlling (of course a way to ban and hit me) 🙁
So the at the moment the judge allowed me in the first court act to know just dates and destination; he retained all the other details to be too much.
About the emergency contact I'll try to insist with your suggestions as I'm very worried that if something will happens to my son I won't be told at all (it is already happening when he is getting ill during the winter season as I just discover that he is ill when I see him!).
thank you all for your help you are very precious!
I wish all of you DADS all the best!
When I was in court I said look of the kids are with a sitter especially in the evening the mum is like out , drinking or whatever and will either not hear the phone , won’t be able to drive to hospital or whatever in an emergency . In that situation the kids will want their father there and hence should be made contactable by anyone with care of the kids .
