Hello do you know organisation that help dad abroad to have contact with their kids and some time with them (holidays, private moments)
hi,
which country is the dad and child in?
what are their nationalities?
Hi, Dad and kids are french. Kids have british citizenship too. But now dad lives in Canada. There was a french Family court décision by the time we lived there, stating that dad had kids half of holidays ... But the mom never accepted to proceed.
so kids live in france or are now in UK? it sounds complicated, with jurisdictions and what powers those courts have with a father who is in another country. dont think they can do much with a father being in a different country. father should seek legal advice.
Kids live in London. Father in Canada but he comes in UK twice a year. Hé whishes tovhavevthe chance to let kids know where their dad live
