[Solved] CSA evidence?!

Hi I have been contacted by CSA asking for details about me and whether I acknowledge the fact that I am obligated to pay child maintenance for my daughter.

I have told them that me and the mother of the child are both non-resident parents and therefore none of us should be paying the other parent.

CSA has asked me to provide an evidence of that. WHY DO I HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING? the mother has made not-genuine application let her sweat now.

I have explained to them that my daughter is officially studying in Poland and she is there under care of her grandmother. I can't provide evidence as I would have to travel overseas to get confirmation from school or registration at the council due to confidentiality I have to be there in person with my ID.

My ex has abducted the child and brought her to UK for couple of months just to get CSA to pay for her lifestyle not for the child.

What else I can do - why CSA in not questioning the mother?

It may be worth looking at the CSA variations procedures - this way you can appeal any decision and you and your ex then go to a tribunal. That's going to make it more onerous on your ex to try to prove her argument.

Hi Martini.eu

It may be worth while checking out our section about the CSA. Especially if you feel that you're not being treated fairly.
