Hi I need help :boohoo: I feelas though I am banging my head against a brick wall as usual with the CSA. My son has reached 19yr in July this year, so I have actually finished paying CSA. But at the same time I have just found out that he has been into the Army for nearly a year and my ex hasn’t told anyone about that i.e. Benefits. She has been getting child benefit all this time also CSA payments from me. I have informed the CSA of this and they have said they can’t investigate as they can only go on the fact that she is receiving child benefit. I have told benefit fraud as well. CSA are now saying that they may not be told even if it is proved that she has defrauded benefit. What can I do to get my money back if nearly £5k that's owed. The CSA seem to be able to do all sorts against me but nothing to prove I’m Wright. Anyone got any ideas please.

...Glad you mentioned the MP!...I advised andy1964 to contact his MP earlier today, as he is having problems with CSA too, so its good to know that you've had a positive result from doing the same.

I've had to ask my MP for help on 3 or 4 different occasoions in the last 10yrs and he's come through for me every time!

I believe that the CSA are bound to respond to MP's enquiries as a priority - I was told this a few years back as I asked my MP to help also, so it's always worth asking your MP for help.
