[Solved] CRB Vs Subject access request

Hi
Just curious about something CAFCASS did a section 7 report and in the report they did a safeguarding check.
In the check they wrote that I have a criminal record from 2008-2010 for Affray and a public order offence and in 2005 a caution for Battery.

However between 2008-2009 I was arrested multiple times for harassing my EX without violence which i'm not even sure if this is AFFRAY? and I was convicted for breaching my community service which led me to 21 days jail time.. so i'm guessing this is the public order offence?

As far as i'm aware I have not been in trouble for any form of battery what soever, so I applied for a Subject access request which arrived and doesn't mention of any caution for battery in 2005 or battery in general anywhere.
Just constant harassment charges between the above date.

So my question is will everything on an enhanced CRB check be on the subject access request or am I missing something??

Array can be a violent act, or threatening violence, it is a public order offence.

The legal definition of battery is "an intentional unpermitted act causing harmful or offensive contact with another person".

I thought an enhanced CRB check had more detail than any other type of check, but I'm not completely sure. If you have a problem with the details as reported by CAFCASS, I would certainly advise taking it up with them if you feel there has been an error in their reporting.
