Ok
So after waiting 3 months to get into Court for Enforcement Commitall and Court Appointed Guardian We get to Court to Find the Gatekeeper listed it in Front of a Legal Adviser
In court correspondence confirming date it clearly States it would be held in front of a Magistrate. Frustrating but not a wasted day.
Caff cass have now been requested to arrange to do Handovers and to look into why a 4 year old is scared of his Daddy and wont call him Daddy..Also to get reports from School ( who i might add are in full support of My Son)
Ex has 12 weeks to" hang herself " comply with Caff Cass . She will not be able to do it, she cannot go from 2 years as the ex from [censored] to this wonderful Mother that will promote Contact.
Caff Cass have already indicated in a earlier report they think Mother is Lying.
The up side is She now has no control over contact as if she doesn't co-operate with Caff Cass then they will look to transfer Residency.
So hopefully the end of a 2 year battle is in sight ..The Original Shared Care order remains in Place and Caff Cass will help with the build up to it actually happening without Mother putting the fear of God In Child.. There was also talk of a "section 37"????
New Section 7 also ordered, but like was pointed out nothing changed for my Son since last 1...a lot has changed for Mother...ie reports of Child bed wetting, nightmares and scared of his dad..
She has a School appointed Support Worker assigned to her due to school witnessing her anxiety ( she has told Court Support Worker was brought in by School for Child due to his emotional distress at School, we have a Letter from Head stating they have no concerns over Child but are mindful of mother advising of Problems with Child at Home .
So 12 weeks and counting..x
...although it didn't go as you thought it would, the outcome seems favourable. Hopefully an end is in sight, but most importantly the needs of the child and the risks he faces are now being addressed.
A Section 37 is a report that is asked for when it is felt that a child may be at risk.
Hi
Thanks i hope as you say the end is in Sight..Been a long 2 years.
Now just had e/mail confirming the original Barrister ( Matthew Maynard) Who i might add was very good is not available for our next hearing The one we used Last week was not the best for us...( she was more a Councillor than Counsel)
We have a list of three, On Paper the last weeks Barrister looked good...
How to we decide which one will be as good as the first...St Ives Chambers can give us a list of the Qualifications and Expertise..
Any Ideas? We are hoping this time will be the last so would prefer a Bull to a Mouse..

I took the above link from the Legal500 website, a good place to source the most rated solicitors/chambers.
It's a difficult job trying to decide who to go with....do as much research as you can about each of the barristers on offer. Perhaps speak to the clerk about the kind of personality you are looking for in a barrister.
Good luck.
That's just added more confusion
Solicitor sent a short list of 3 recommdations
It has now grown to 7 after I had a look.
Oops! Some of them may not be available on the dates you require them, that could be the reason you were given only three perhaps.
Shortlist of 2 i think..Adem Muzaffer, Matthew Fiddy..Thoughts?
Which one are you leaning towards? Dangerous ground giving my opinion, I'd hate to sway your decision and then you were disappointed! I'm a coward!
Lol
Adem was on Solicitors Recommendation list and has experience in implacably hostile parents
Matthew has experience in Enforcement..
Both of which we are dealing with
I now i shouldn't let my Emotions play a part in this but i would so love the B**** to get what she deserves..As we Pay for all legal proceedings my Son always leaves the hiring to us..
I want someone on par with Matthew Maynard, He got us a 50/50 shared care order when Solicitor told us it would never happen as these Orders are few and far between
I think Adem would be my choice.....His experience does seem to match your requirements and he has been at the bar for much longer...but please don't allow that to sway you, you must go with who you think.
Thats the [censored] trouble i cant think straight anymore...
Ok Adem it is....On your Head be it...Lol
Think it was just the Enforcement experience they swayed me...
Thanx for the input..
Noooooooo! I did say don't let me sway your decision! Lol
I would speak to the clerk about it before making the final decision... Good luck!
