So nothing really happened yesterday. It was just a hearing to timetable the week long fact finding. Ex didn't turn up so has now forfeited her right to call any witnesses. She's still not submitted any paperwork but the judge seems not bothered. She's representing herself at the fact finding, if she bothers to turn up that is. Barrister is still quite positive, but the judge seems to be giving ex a lot of leeway so I'm worried. It's going to be a tough few weeks until the hearing, I'm hoping hard it's finally the turning point he's been waiting 4 years for.

its about time the courts really toughened up on people who have a complete lack of respect for the court system and directions
