If you have already paid for today's hearing, the barrister should be covered within what you have already paid. It is normal practise for a solicitor to do the paperwork and to send a barrister for the hearings. Out of the 2, I would nearly always prefer to have a barrister at court over a solicitor, as that is their daily job.
He only went and [censored] won on everything! I'm waiting for the full details but he got everything he asked for!!!!
I don't think I've ever been so overjoyed! He can finally move on with his life and be a parent!
Apparently the only thing he had to give up was that there won't be a 3rd party for handover in the week. No skin of his nose. If she attacks him, he doesn't hand his daughter back until the court orders it (If they do). She has to sit outside in the car for the first 3 weeks. Once it's 2 hours, she has to go home and return to collect.
:woohoo:
Apparently it was his thorough contact schedule proposal with venue etc that swung it.
Any contact that is missed in that week for Any reason must be made up with in that week on a separate day.
Good to hear. Glad it's had a positive outcome.
